Refund policy
At Revoracare, we aim to provide thoughtfully designed wellness products that meet a high standard of care and performance. Every purchase is supported by a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is delivered, should you determine that the product is not suitable for you.
Returns requested within this period are subject to the conditions outlined below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned complete, intact, and in acceptable condition. All original packaging, components, accessories, and any additional items included in the original order must be sent back together. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Items that are incomplete, damaged, poorly packaged, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a refund. Revoracare reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned items and to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at revoracare.contact@gmail.com. When submitting your request, include your order number and clear photographs of the item(s) for review. Once your request has been assessed, our team will provide further instructions on the next steps.
RETURN PROCESSING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a flat processing fee of $50 per product. This fee covers inspection, handling, and operational costs associated with processing the return. No additional return shipping charges. The product and all accompanying accessories must be returned in good condition and verified upon receipt for refund to be issued.
REFUND TIMELINE
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible under this policy.
